Based on an averment for neon teen cinema and a love of youthful exuberance, Graces combine ambient soundscapes, distorted guitars and recognisable pop sensibilities. The band spent their formative years honing their craft in the isolation of the Lake District before relocating to the city lights of Sheffield. Breaking out of the four walls of their post-industrial rehearsal space in Sheffield, the band took their gripping live show around the country in 2017, playing sold out venues in Sheffield, London and Manchester on word of mouth alone. The melancholy prowess of the band embraces the volatility of growing up, finds the dirt and celebrates it. Whilst sharing stages with Feeder, Fickle Friends, King No One, Black Honey and The Amazons, the band worked on a series of singles with producer Phil Gornell (Bring Me the Horizon, All Time Low, You Me At Six) and were lauded by the mainstream music press. After a busy festival season in 2018 which included performances as Tramlines Festival, Kendal Calling and YNOT festival the band continue to grow as a force to be reckoned with across several northern cities. Stay tuned for more songs, bigger stages and an even bigger spectacle.
